Another just because ...

... I happen to be listening to the soundtrack CD at the moment. I know I've posted about it before but I love "Warriors of Heaven and Earth", often described as the first Chinese western, with all its quirks that make it different from most films from that country; it's very international with its score composed by India's A.J Rahman and performed by a Czech orchestra and chorus, and the inclusion of Japanese and Turkish characters central to the story, plus there's a nice amount of humour amidst the drama and minimal use of gravity-defying stunt work in the fight scenes (making the whole thing fairly believable). Even the English dubbing is excellent ... full of distinctive voices and expression.
