Those little workplace mysteries ...

Why oh why, when there's a nice big single-click "open file" icon sitting up front and centre in the software, do people persist in clicking on "file", waiting for the popup menu, and then clicking on "open"? 'tis inefficient, especially when we're up to our eyeballs in tight deadline projects and every fraction of a second counts!

Note: What really hurts is when the people who do this also have to HUNT for "open" in the menu, even though it's always in the same place and they open dozens of files every day. ***whimpers***
