Opening lines of a poem in a wonderful old book of British humorous children's poetry owned by my mother. Running through my head all the way home for some reason ... can you guess why?! (and now it's driving me crazy that I can't remember the rest of the verses or the author of the book ... I know the title is "Just Saucy", but I also know googling that is just gonna get me a bunch of porn and cooking sites ***sigh***)

BTW, if anybody DOES want some snow, feel free to come up and help yourself at absolutely no charge ... more coming down as I type this.
