Can't really say much more about it without spoiling the story ... lessee ... it's kinda like a mixture of Tanith Lee's Biting the Sun mixed with the end-of-human-civilization-by-pandemic tale of your choice, with a hefty dash of the rot-under-the-"ideal" dystopianism of The Handmaid's Tale. Mixed well and served with a whole new flavour and twists. :-)
