A taste of Canadian "culture"

I've always had a fond spot in my comedy-loving heart for Stephen Leacock, the man who wrote the famous sentence "Lord Ronald said nothing; he flung himself from the room, flung himself upon his horse and rode madly off in all directions" (from "Nonsense Novels", c1911).

When I was in college, I was lucky enough to see John Stark's one-man show, "An Evening With Stephen Leacock". Now I've found the Website ... scroll down to the bottom and you'll find a clip from the show.

JLS is happy dancing 'cause Mr. Stark is still selling videos (hope this site is up-to-date) and I've wanted a copy of this for over two decades ... patience DOES pay off!!!! :-))))))))
