Special free book alert!

Most of us can't benefit from this, but that doesn't mean we don't know folk who will. On November 14, 2006, Baen Books (publishers of fine science fiction and fantasy, and home of the Baen Free Library) initiated a program to make all of their current titles available, at no charge and in preferred format, to persons with vision and physical disabilities. See news release for more info and application links.

Please spread the word to any individuals or groups that will be interested or that might be further connected to interested parties.

P.S. padawan_helena had an alert email headed for her inbox BEFORE I posted here ... I know my priorities ***GRIN***
