The Librarian

Rainbow Jacket progress that's actually progress ...

Now in the second rust section ... next will be orange (last used to knit the cuff). Colour sequence so far has been orange, rust, red, wine, pink, lilac, purple, blue, light blue, blue, purple, lilac, pink, wine, red, rust ...

Jacket with stitches now properly divided; left front being worked with left back on a holder to be worked once front is completed.

Close-up of left front collar now being worked in one piece with the jacket... the right edge is aligned with where a shoulder seam would be and will be linked to the back collar when that exists.

The obligatory angle shot.

Have just giggled my way through The Great St. Trinian's Train Robbery ... the last and not the best of the classic series of four movies based on Ronald Searle's wicked little single-panel cartoons, but still funny enough to be going on with until the older black and white ones starring Alastair Sim as the headmistress are someday released over here. Though Mr. Sim is missing from this one, it has a cast of many great British comedy actors, including George Cole in his all-four-films role of Flash Harry.

Insane, over-the-top-and-yet-somehow-classy silliness is so wonderfully unlaxing. :-)
