The Librarian

Ever have one of those evenings that does scary things like develop themes beyond your control? Last night I dusted off my copy of "Eating Pattern" ... was just in a Lexx mood (which I haven't been for a LONG while) ... and watched it while flipping through Australian and New Zealand magazines, looking for Web sites. Mood possibly inspired by the fact that, earlier in the evening, I finished rereading Ngaio Marsh's "Singing in the Shrouds" ... a mystery written in the fifties that looks at serial killers in a surprisingly modern way, and has a large walking, talking doll "murdered" as a proxy victim by the feared Flower Killer. Kai is a sort of large animated doll when ya think about it. Thanks to careful timing, movie ends when "Puppets Who Kill" starts ... the episode is about necrophilia. And I don't have to tell you that, being the kind of show this is, they don't just talk about it =O

Wonder what TODAY's theme is????!!!!!!
