Bet you can't guess where I went after work last night!

Only went for needles as I lack the right size doublepoints to make the sleeves on that toddler sweater I'm knitting (the thing with the multi-coloured yoke in previous post). But yarn has the same hook-on-and-cling-to-you properties as burrs and it's nigh impossible to walk through a yarn store without picking some up. Two skeins of the long-discontinued Regia Kaffe Fassett Design Line sock yarn at top … socks knitted from Regia live forever without fuzzing or fading and Kaffe's colour combos just make my eyes happy. According to yarn shop owner there's a warehouse that still has a supply of the stuff and she's has the right connections … Plus three skeins of Malabrigo Rios which is always a good staple to have in the stash, same as a kitchen should have butter, eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and cheese.
