Newly-discovered treats from the Polish grocery store

Because you can never have too many convenient fast-fix yummies, especially when Knorr makes them.

Tomato soup with little square bits of noodle and cubes of mozzarella cheese. Yes, you read that correctly ... there are cubes of actual mozzarella cheese in this ... they don't melt but are that unmistakable combo of gooey and chewy which proves they are the real thing.

Cheese soup with croutons. Brie and Swiss according to the picture on the packet and that's exactly what it tastes like. Plus Knorr's adorable itty bitty croutons which turn up in a surprising number of their single serving soups (and, for some reason but I'm not complaining, one of their mashed-potatoes-in-a-mug snacks)

One of the two Polish groceries I live between has been closed for renovations for quite a while and just reopened last weekend (whoever redesigned their use of space is a genius and worth every penny they were paid); I foresee a huge variety of new stuff appearing in both stores now that they're back in competition. :d
