Ha! - The Bibliophile
Too busy reading most likely ...
After going through this place from end to end a half dozen times I've FINALLY found the bag containing my in-progress Null Hypothesis Scarf! Somehow it had got shoved into the knee well of my sewing machine desk so that the chair was hiding it from my view. So will maybe get a few rows done on it later this week. In the meantime, not having found it right away and being determined to do some work on an older paused project, Lattice has been the lucky one to grow a bit this afternoon thanks to finally being able to put it on a longer cable so there's room to add stitches/width. It'll be nice if I can get one of these oldies off the needles (or at least a lot further along). :-)

Edited to add: Re Lattice, I've extra incentive to finish as this is a unique yarn (I'm the only person listed in Ravelry as owning any). Dyer had a few skeins as samples from the mill (who then decided not to produce it) and did a special dye job job for me ("Paging Dr. Smartass" is still a standard Indigodragonfly colourway but it came out looking quite different on the special fibre mix in these skeins)

I like them both, but wow, the null hypothesis scarf is so cool!

Trés cool. Which was why I was hunting for it to work on ... I still have the pipes, steam, book and scroll sections to come (the design eventually cycles back to gears and the bottom portion of the clock that's at the beginning so that you can put the two ends of the scarf against each other to create a continuous picture)
