Last winter I was complaining about the wrongness of humidity percentages in the eighties during cold winter weather. Today, wouldja believe, 96% humidity in below freezing temperatures! This, as far as my skin is concerned, is totally redefining the meaning of "cold and clammy" ***shudder*** (okay, I confess that that was actually a couple of hours ago ... right now the humidity is a mere 93%, it's -7C and the windchill is -11C. Frankly I'd prefer -40C and its accompanying dryness ... it'd feel warmer)
