	Change is a-coming ...
	... the "Foreigner" universe; Cherryh has just revealed that the title of the 2017 volume (yes, she's started writing that one now) is "Convergence". Fellow fans will know just from that that there's something different coming. For those not familiar, here is series title list ... there's been a fairly consistent theme to the namings (so far): Foreigner Invader Inheritor Precursor Defender Explorer Destroyer Pretender Deliverer Conspirator Deceiver Betrayer Intruder Protector Peacemaker Tracker Visitor (2016) Convergence (2017) Tags: bookseries: foreigner, reading

Its when the naming changes, you worry (ie, see Dresden Files - all the names were two words. Until Changes when the entire series went BOOM!

Oh, the fans have known since "Explorer" (volume 6) that BOOM! was gonna happen one day and since page 127 of "Tracker" (this year's book) that BOOM! is now imminent. We're just all dreadfully impatient to see how and in what direction. ;-)

Boy, now I REALLY can't wait to read Visitor!!!! It's going to be a powerful lead-in.

She said "Visitor" was a really difficult write ... which is definitely promising! (also that "Convergence" is already fully plotted)
