Filing taxes online truly is magic ...

... especially the part where printing a hard copy for my files generates three times the paper than the actual paper returns have in them. (Seriously! I ended up with a 17-page document! Filing the old-fashioned way would have been a 4-page main form and 1 page apiece for the federal and provincial calculations)

But 'tis done. And, as usual, I overpaid the civil service last year and so it owes me some of my money back. Not a fortune, but enough for some pleasant splurging. The important bit is that it's finally off the to-do list. :-)
